Rigging Aircraft Models for UE4 with 3dsmax - part 2

We now want to create an animation inside 3dsmax and export it to our UE4 project.

Here we have a cargo door. We want to have it pop open and slide back like in real life...

So this is one way to do it.

Click the cargo door bone and click Auto Key and Set Key at frame 0/100. We chose 100 frames so put a keyframe at 0.

Then move the slider to frame 30 and move the bone!

There you have it.
